Our nurse-based practice allows us to care for those with complex conditions, such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s. We know what to expect, how your condition may develop over time and, together with your doctor, can clarify queries on medication.
We’ll help with all those things that become difficult later in life, such as washing, dressing and getting ready for the day. We also provide companionship and will always make time for conversation when we’re helping with housekeeping or paperwork.
Our nurse-led care covers medical and personal care, such as dressing wounds and bathing. We can also give advice and will liaise with your doctor during your recovery from an accident or operation.
