On 16 February 2021 Sarah’s Carers founder and joint managing director, Sarah, was interviewed by Rob Dunger at Felixstowe Radio. The pair spoke about the history of Sarah’s Carers, individualised care and the impact of Covid-19.
“As a team we will never visit a client for less than one hour. It’s my opinion that you need to encourage and allow somebody to be as involved in their own personal care as they can physically manage to be, and if you try and do that too quickly you can’t enable them to do that and you’re being disempowering.”
