Long Term Conditions
We are specialists in long-term neurological conditions, such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s.
Our experience with caring for those with these types of conditions means we know what to expect and can help you, and your family, manage living with condition. We can liaise with your GP or specialist consultant (with your permission) to ensure your care complements the medical help you are receiving from them. It can be difficult to anticipate exactly what sort of care you’ll need and we can help to work this out as part of your care assessment. We’ll review your care plan regularly to ensure the level of care you receive is always meeting your needs.

How much does it cost?
We pay our staff well so we can attract the best and give the highest standard of care. This means we’re not the cheapest care company you’ll find, but we’re not that expensive either.
It doesn’t cost that much more to be so much better
Our hourly charge starts from £31.00 (£32.60 on weekends) which includes an element of mileage, although additional charges may apply depending on where you live. If your Care Plan requires more than one Care Practitioner for each visit (double-handed), the cost will be higher than this and we’ll work out an exact rate for you.
A 30 minute visit starts from £23.50 per visit, (as we still have the same amount of ‘back office’ work to do plus travel), therefore you get the most value for money if you book us for an hour or more.
Live-in Care starts from £1,400 per week for a completely managed service.
